This website and online store are operated by JDW Logistics Inc., doing business as Rivington (“Rivington,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer products and services online.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice.

Applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes will be displayed at checkout when required.

You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete billing and payment information. Payments are subject to authorization and fraud screening.

  1. ORDERS

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order.

We may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:

Rivington may work with third-party suppliers, warehouses, and fulfillment partners.

Products may be shipped directly by a fulfillment partner, and an order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

The appearance of a supplier, warehouse, logistics provider, or foreign return address on a parcel does not change the customer’s contractual relationship with Rivington.

  1. SHIPPING

Estimated processing and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will provide notice and available options as required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Except where required by law, all sales are final, and we accept claims only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products under the conditions described in that policy.
